The Basics
Note: This club is brand new, so things will definatly change around a lot while we get used to things. So, try to bare with us! Any comments/suggestions are welcome!

The DevBook is a community for both meeting new people, and gaining recognition in DeviantART. The set-up is basically like a yearbook, with different 'grades' (like in school) based on number of page views.

Preschool: 0-150
Elementary: 151-750
Middle: 751-1,500
Freshman: 1,501-2,500
Sophomore: 2,501-3,500
Junior: 3,501-4,500
Senior: 4,501-5,500
(and also an alumni for those over 5,501 page views that have been a member since before they became a Senior)

There will be a graduation for those that get over 5,500 page views either every month or every other month, depending on how things go. At every graduation, a deviation will be set up with avators of the graduates and their deviant name, and any alumni will be added to a special journal.

Eventually, we hope to have enough members to have 'clubs' inside this club, which are if there are five photographers, then there will be a photography 'club'. ('clubs', when they are set up, will only be for Freshman-Senior -- this will be updated with more information later)

How To Join
To join theDevBook please send a note with a title that states what grade level you are in, based on page views (see above). The admins will then check your page, and add you to the watch.

Also, when you receive the notice that you have been watched, it is encouraged to add our name to either your journals or signature.

How To Notify When You Move Up A Grade
We, the admins, will try our best to pay attention to your page views, but if we miss the change over just send a note telling us that we need to move you up, and we will. Another FriendsList notice will be sent to notify you.
